Recovery Routine

The recovery routine is a set of activities designed to assist users in their long-term recovery by establishing healthy habits & directing patients towards the most relevant activities.

  1. Press the Recovery Routine button on the Home Screen
  2. Press the “Edit” button in the top right corner
  3. Press “Set A Reminder” on your desired activity
  4. Select your desired day(s) & time(s) you’d like to schedule your activity
  5. Press “Save” in the top right corner

  1. Press the Recovery Routine button on the Home Screen
  2. Press the “Edit” button in the top right corner
  3. Press the reminder time under your desired activity
  4. For Android Press the “Unschedule” button
  5. For IOS, press the “-” button found next to the desired time

  1. Press the Recovery Routine button on the Home Screen
  2. Press the icon of the desired activity you wish to select as completed
  3. When selected a green check mark should appear on top of the selected activity

Meetings

The meeting search a way for app users to find AA and NA meetings in the central Indianapolis area, filtering by day of the week, time of the day, and program type.

To Add:

  1. Press the Meeting button on the home screen, as part of Your Health
  2. Search for and find a meeting that you want to attend
  3. Press on the name of the meeting from the search results.
  4. Press on the button, “Add To Your Schedule.” (It will default to a recurring meeting every week.)

To Delete:

  1. From the Schedule screen, find the meeting you wish to unschedule. You will need to press on the day of the week that the meeting occurs (e.g., Tuesday) to find it.
  2. Press on the meeting name to open the information about it
  3. Press the “Unschedule” button at the bottom

Yes!

  1. Press the Meeting button on the home screen, as part of Your Health
  2. Press the “+” button in the top right corner
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Daily Check-In

The daily check-in is a symptom tracker that allows patients the opportunity to record how their feeling on a daily basis.

  1. Press the Daily Check-In button on the Home Screen
  2. Select how your feeling from the scale displayed
  3. When finished press the “Save” button in the top right corner

Yes, you can use the Daily Check-In as often as you like
