 Illuminate Health helped improve addiction recovery outcomes by providing the health system with outpatient substance use disorder patients with tool and resources to make healthy choices. Illuminate Health’s Recovery Coach helped with Medication guide, daily touchpoint with support groups, wellness activities and AA/ NA meeting locator.
Outcomes: 50% patients active | 13 activities each week | 80% of patient would recommend the app | 86% of patients said the app addressed their recovery needs.
