Take Care of the Patient
First and foremost, we need to consider the patient’s needs and remember that everything that we do is to make the patient happier and healthier. The patient is a person, and while society exiles the sick, we want to empower and embrace, and to keep them a part of normal life.
Everyone has something to learn, even experts, so celebrate success, but don’t let it go to your head.
Think Outside the Box
We want to be doing big things! Be creative and innovative and always seek to improve current systems.
Open and transparent communication is integral to everyone’s success, and should be practiced from the top down.
Get things done
Don’t play games or expect to get ahead via political means. You should work toward innovating and making the product better at all times. If you want to make a positive change, take ownership and make it happen.
Have respect and empathy
Have respect and empathy for not only the patients, but also for your colleagues.
